Each active referral earns you 1 discount credit a month, automatically. Credits are a loyalty discount, not a payment — they can't be cashed out, transferred, or exchanged for money.
A few days before your subscription renews, we check your available balance and apply it as a discount to that renewal — no action needed on your part.
The max discount is reached when your bill hits $1. Creem, our billing provider, doesn't support $0 charges — so $1 is the lowest your renewal can ever go, no matter how many credits you have. Anything beyond that simply carries over to your next renewal.
On the Annual plan? Credits still accrue every month you have an active referral — you'll see them applied as a discount when your yearly plan renews.
Discount credits are a promotional reward for customer loyalty, not a form of payment or currency. They do not constitute property, carry no cash value, cannot be sold, transferred, or redeemed for money, and do not entitle you to any monetary remuneration. Credits are applied automatically and solely as a discount against your Chiron subscription price at renewal.
Discount credits can reduce a subscription renewal to a minimum charge of 1.00 USD. Any discount credits beyond what is needed to reach that minimum will carry over to your next billing cycle, provided your account and the referred accounts remain active and in good standing.
